Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to support our operations in Peru. Based in Lima, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with our different lines of business to ensure we can leverage and deploy the right talent to support our growth in this relevant market.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine resourcing needs, create role profiles, determine sourcing and recruitment strategies, and identify target markets.
  • Deliver an outstanding end to end recruitment process by managing all recruitment activities including preparing job postings, strategically sourcing candidates, screening applications to short-list, participating in interviews, conducting references/background checks and extending offers to candidates.
  • Assist with the development of best in class talent acquisition strategy and processes to ensure all hiring meets the technical as well as cultural fit with [Company] and our core values.
  • Identify issues and create solutions for recruiting success using a variety of communication methods and resources including social media.
  • Generate external talent pipeline; proactively source for high-quality candidates and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities.


Qualifications:

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business/HR/Psychology or similar field.
  • 8+ years' end to end recruitment experience, with at least 5 years' experience in technical engineering recruiting and a solid understanding of the consulting engineering, mining and infrastructure industries. International recruitment experience, with a focus on South America, is highly beneficial.
  • Advanced computer skills with innovative approaches to searching out exceptional talent including specific experience with applicant tracking systems (Oracle an asset) and social media internet searching.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and requisitions.
  • Strong relationship - building ability, proactive and results oriented.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
