In addition, an investor is required for exploitation and settlement of a leaching plant, using the method of dynamic heap leaching, Solvent Extraction and Electrowining (SX-EW), with the objective to produce 99.99%-high quality copper cathodes.
Return of investment was projected in one year. A 7-year contract is offered. The owner has international client’s portfolio for all the 7-year production, or to secure the selling of all production with a preferential rate to the investor.
